Duane Dutka (right), County Administrator with Department of Human Services presents Sue Cole, Administrator of Magnolia Manor Assisted Living Facility and Jack Cole, CEO of General Baptist Health Care with the Living Choices Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Certificate. Living Choices is a Medicaid program that allows persons to live in congregated housing with 24-hour supervision and services that support independence.
