The Piggott Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting Saturday morning for the opening of Magnolia Manor. Piggott Mayor Gerald Morris, chamber president Tim Blair, members of the board of directors, chamber members and well wishers were on hand for the event.
