"The Traditional Ladies hold the Christmas Open House each December as a fundraiser to provide for local needy children for the holidays," club president Sharon Tillman noted. "Tickets to view all three homes are just $5 and can be bought at any of the three houses the day of the tour," she added.
Thr Staples home, located at 151 Willow Avenue on the west edge of Piggott, was built by Lance Mullins of Manila and completed in August 2007. The 3,000 square-foot home features three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast nook, office, den, safe room and a two-car garage and patio. The residence sits on five acres just east of Heritage Park. It also includes a 24 x 32 foot workshop with a half bath.
As the open house approaches, the Staples have been busy decorating for the season. Just a short visit is sure to get anyone into the holiday spirit.
Tickets for the annual Christmas Open House also are available at Suzy's, The Treasure Chest, Feather Your Nest, Piggott State Bank or from any of the club members.
