Harold Midkiff

Harold Midkiff, 61, of Rector passed away June 25, 2009, at the NEA Hospital in Jonesboro.

He was born October 17, 1947 to the late Roy and Johnnie (Reynolds) Midkiff in Clay County. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Earl, James and Billy Ray Midkiff, and one sister: Sue Whitworth.

Harold is survived by his wife: Dianne (Davidson) Midkiff; one son: Jerry and Michelle Midkiff of Knob; three daughters: Lora Pollard of Piggott, Mandy and David Smith of Rector, Jenny and Allen Underwood of Rector; nine grandchildren: Jake and Bailey Pollard, D.J. and Vanessa Rose, Alec and Rileigh Smith, Brittney, Sadey and Gunner Underwood; two brothers: Lindol Midkiff of Kennett and Odean Midkiff of Mountain Home; two sisters: Wanda Morrisett of Rector and Mary Morrisett of Rockford, along with a host of other special family members and friends.

Funeral services were Saturday, June 27, 2009, at 2 p.m. at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector with Brother Marston Carpenter and Brother Freddy Barker officiating. Visitation was Friday from 6 to 9 at the chapel also. Interment was at the Shiloh

Cemetery in Paragould.
