Richey was named the MVP of the Davis Cup National Team in 1970, and was the World Points Champion that same year. He is also the author of the instructional book, "Set Up, Break Down".
Attending from Piggott were Hillary French and Josh Small, who are both juniors on the high school tennis team, along with seventh grader Beau Wicker, second grader Emilee Seegraves and four-year-old Shawn-Hudson Seegraves. At the end of the day French and Emilee Seegraves took home two of the four prizes that were offered.
The event, which was co-sponsored by St. Bernard's Healthcare Behavioral Health Unit, attracted some 30 participants.
