Nettie "Josie" Todd, 97, of the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell and formerly of Clarkton, died Sept. 16 at the Piggott Community Hospital.

She was born January 27, 1910 to the late Andrew and Minnie "Waller" Masterson and was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Todd and a granddaughter, Donna Kay Todd.

Mrs. Todd was of the Baptist faith and spent her life working on the farm and being a devoted housewife.

She is survived by her sons, Eugene Todd of Clarkton, Joe Todd of Dexter, two brothers; Hershell Masterson and Charles Masterson, both of Senath; two sisters, Marie House of Clarkton and Darling Henry of East Prairie, Mo; three grandchildren, Joey Todd, Tina Walk and William Eugene Todd; six great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

Services were conducted at Mt. Gilead Cemetery near Clarkton, with Bro. Steven Bricker officiating.

Irby Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
