Noah Edward "Paul" Hargrove

Noah Edward "Paul" Hargrove, 81, of South Beloit Ill., formerly of Piggott, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in Illinois.

He was born November 17, 1926 in Hornersville, the son of the late Thomas and Georgia Russell Hargrove, and preceded in death by his parents and by brothers Thomas Loren and James Ernest Hargrove.

He was married to Dorothy Mae (Austill) Hargrove May 11, 1946 in Piggott, following service in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed for many years by Lorine Manufacturing, and lived in Piggott 20 years before returning to the Rockford Ill. area two years ago.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy, son Ronald Edward Hargrove and wife Sandy, daughter Debra Diane Hathaway; two brothers: Albert Hargrove and wife Joyce and Marvin Rayburn Hargrove and wife J.C. (Lylis); four sisters: Gladys Brand, Dorothy Sue Goodman, Doris (Mrs. Don) Akers and Mary Jane Kurley; three grandchildren: Ronald Paul Hargrove, Joseph Roy Hargrove and Kelley Diane Hathaway; and two great-grandchildren: Michaela Renee and Zachary Joseph Hargrove.

Funeral services were held Friday, June 1, 2007 at the McDaniel Funeral Chapel in Kennett, with Rev. Wayne Bowman officiating. Burial was at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.
