Agnes Annabelle Williams

Agnes Annabelle Williams, 81, of Rector, died Monday, May 21, 2007, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

Born Nov. 30, 1925, in Wynne to the late Gordan Evans and Lessie Dell Hudson, she was a homemaker and of the Pentecost faith.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Williams, in 1982; two brothers, Calvin and Simmie Evans, and three sisters, Mildred Harris, Katherine Murray and Molly McElroy.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Ronald Harris of Paragould and Glenn and Mindy Harris of Beaumont, Texas; three brothers, Don Evans of Tallahassee, Fla., James Evans of Peoria, Ill., and Kenneth Evans of Nebraska; five sisters, Nora Ann Pelber of Ash Flat, Jewell Swink of Illinois, Emma Williams of Phoenix, Ariz., Fannie Lewis of California and Joan Wagster of Piggott; six grandchildren, Michael Harris, Tonya Hansen, Jennifer Harris, Tony Harris, Felicia Harris and Dylan Harris, and three great-grandchildren, Aaron Burcham, Alex Richardson and Holly Richardson.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector. Burial was in Ramer's Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke.

Pallbearers were Aaron Burcham, Tony Harris, Bob Wagster, Jimmy Swink, Rick Alexander and Robert Swink.
