He was born Oct. 13, 1976, the youngest son of Gary Moody and Carol Moody Stow.
Justin was of the Baptist faith, a police officer, and had been in law enforcement for the duration of his career.
He was united in marriage to Michelle (Scott) Moody on March 2, 1996. The couple had two children.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Darvin Stow, in 2006.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Michelle Moody of the home; three daughters, Carissa Hopper, Ashlyn Moody and McKenna Moody, all of the home; step-mother, Georgia Moody; four brothers, Gary Don Moody and wife Bobbi of Valrico, Fla., Jonathan Moody and wife Teresa of Kansas City, Mo., Ray Stow and wife Jill of Conway and Paul Stow of Branson, Mo.; a sister, Darla Stow of Little Rock, many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Sunday, March 4, at the Irby Chapel with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial followed in the Piggott Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Don Poole, Bill Alstadt, Scott Redman, Sam Williams, Jr., Jeremi Wicker, and Mike Hendrix. Honorary pallbearers were Kurt Williamson and Randy Dennis.
Irby Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
