Arnold Collins, 53, of Piggott died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, in the Memphis Veterans' Hospital.

He was born Aug. 14, 1952, in Kennett, the son of the late Walter and Dorothy Collins.

He was united in marriage to Kathy McCormick on Oct. 2, 1992.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Collins of Piggott; two sons, Luke Collins of Piggott and Jason Collins of St. Francis; one stepdaughter, April Haywood and husband, Keith, of Piggott; two grandchildren, Kain and Celeston Haywood; two brothers, Charley Collins and Eddie Collins, both of Campbell; four sisters, Mary Steward of Piggott, Clara Collins of Campbell, Marie Collins of Paragould and Connie Collins of Illinois; and other relatives and friends.

The family is honoring his request not to have a funeral service. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
