She was born Oct. 14, 1929, in Knob to the late Thomas Edward and Tollie Jane Moore. She also was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Grubb.
She was of the Baptist faith and was retired from the shoe factory at Corning.
Survivors include a son, Coleman "Buster" Grubb of Piggott; four daughters, Retha Booth of Jonesboro, Marsha Anders of Peach Orchard, Diane Shelton of Success and Dotty Spinks of Clarksdale, Mo.; two brothers, Virgal Moore of Rockford, Ill., and Clarence Moore of Charlotte, Tenn.; two sisters, Edith McElyea of Rockford, Ill., and Desma Herren of Paragould; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Jerry Massey and Bro. Wayne Baldwin officiating. Interment was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were David Grubb, Anthony Vallance, Joey Spinks, Dustin Grubb, Jessie Spinks and Alex Shelton.
