She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Maggie Lee Clemons; a sister, Mary Ann Myres; and two infant sons, Larry and Barry Thrasher.
She is survived by her husband, William Raymond Goodman of Wartburg, Tenn.; son, Roy Thrasher of Wartburg; three daughters, Jane Mullins and husband, Gerald, of Wartburg, Teresa Brown and husband, Bill, of Wartburg and Rhonda Schultz and husband, Glen, of Toledo, Ohio; six granddaughters, Sherry Cashmore of Wartburg, Jennifer Aydelotte of Harriman, Marsha King of Ohio, Carrie Ward of Ohio, Tara Brown of Wartburg and Gena Thrasher of Arkansas; four grandsons, Beau Cashmore of Wartburg, Shane Rehman of Ohio and Billy and Wesley Brown of Wartburg; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Billie Lee Lack and her husband, David, of Piggott; two brothers, John Howard Clemons and wife, Dianne, of Kennett and Charles Lloyd Clemons and wife, Jane, of Kenosha, Wisc.; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, in Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg. The funeral service followed at 8 p.m. with Bro. Charles Webb and Bro. Mike Barnes officiating. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 6, 2006, in Lane Cemetery at Lancing, Tenn.
