She was born Oct. 23, 1918, in Greenway, the daughter of the late James Edgar and Anna Erin Mack Woolf.
She was united in marriage to Tommie Jackson on Feb. 24, 1940. They had four children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie, on Aug. 3, 2003; four brothers, Ghuyrane Woolf, Clois Woolf, Eugene Woolf and Willard Woolf; and one sister, Ruth Kendrick.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara McCoskey and friend, Ron Rader, of Davisburg, Mich., Mary Ann Jackson and friend, Gary Petty, of Waterford, Mich., and Ruth Grossa and husband, Richard, of Redford, Mich.; one son, Tom V. Jackson and wife, Paula, of East Lansing, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers, James Woolf of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Charles Woolf of Norwich, Ohio; two sisters, Martha Madison of Piggott and Anita Perryman of Ozark, Mo.; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, in the First Presbyterian Church in Piggott with Robert Norvell officiating. Burial followed in the Piggott Cemetery. Pallbearers were Richard Grossa, Gary Petty, Ron Rader, Dean Marshall, Steve Perryman and John Harlan.
Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
