He was born Aug. 6, 1937, in Piggott, the son of the late Thomas and Clennie (nee: DeMay) Miller.
Mr. Miller was a sheet metal worker for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis for 25 years. He was a member of Piggott Masonic Lodge Number 545 and a Red Cross volunteer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife.
Survivors include three sisters, Betty Cooper of Moscow Mills, Mo., Joyce Harkness and husband, Gordon, of Harvester, Mo., and Janice Swanson and husband, Bruce, of St. Peters, Mo.; one brother, J.C. Miller and wife, Elwanda, of Piggott; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005, at the Hoggard and Sons Chapel in Piggott with Jim Shipman officiating. Visitation will be held at the Hoggard and Sons Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday (today), July 20. Burial will be in the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott.
Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott and Baue Funeral Home of St. Charles were in charge of the arrangements.
