Frederick "Fred" W. Allen, 67, died on Monday, March 28, 2005, at his home in St. Peters, Mo.

He was born Jan. 7, 1938, in Pollard, the son of Rosa Leoma (Conley) Allen and the late Denver R. Allen.

He was married to Margaret "Margie" Wiggi in 1956 and to this union four children were born.

Survivors include his wife Margie Allen of St. Peters; a daughter, Susie Pieper, her husband, Darrell of Troy, Mo.; a son, Freddie Allen Jr.of Bell Flower, Mo.; a daughter, Donna Allen of Winfield, Mo.; and a son, Jimmie Allen of St. Peters, Mo.; his mother, Mrs. Denver (Leoma) Allen of Piggott and Troy, Mo.; a brother, Larry Allen of Troy, Mo.; a sister, Ramona Allen Magee of Piggott; and grandchildren, Dusty Pieper, Jerry Allen, Jason Allen, Nathan Allen and Tiffany Allen.

Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2005, at the Baue Funeral & Memorial Center Chapel with interment at St. Charles Memorial Gardens in Troy with Reverend Robert N. Thompson officiating.
