Gary Williams, 57, of St. Peters, Mo., died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, in St. Louis.

He was born Dec. 22, 1947, in Kennett, the son of Henry (Ben) and Inez Slayden Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry (Ben) Williams in 2003; and two brothers, Carroll Henry Williams and Gailen (Gail) Williams.

He is survived by one son, Gary G. Williams of Plainwell, Mich.; his mother, Inez Williams of St. Peters, Mo.; two grandchildren, Kevin and Crystal; one brother, Ted Williams of Lake Sherwood, Mo.; two sisters, Stella Rockwell and Deborah Killian, both of O'Fallon, Mo.; two nephews, Jim Cory of O'Fallon and Larry Williams of Forristell, Mo.; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Kevin Murray officiating. Burial followed in Williams Cemetery near Pollard. Pallbearers were John Barber, Larry Williams, Kevin Williams, James Cory and Michael Vaughn.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
