Carl Julian Johnson died on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Nicholas.

He is survived by his wife, Joan (nee Barker) Johnson; three daughters, Dianna Jones and husband, Raymond Matlock, Julie Courtial and husband, Rob, and April Johnson; five grandchildren, Adam, Danny, Anthony, Vincent, Courtney and Brijhonette; five brothers and sisters, Leon, Betty, Barbara, Melba and Sherrell; brothers-in-law; uncles; cousins; and friends.

Funeral services were held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, in the Kuttis Affton Funeral Home Chapel in Affton, Mo. Burial followed in Our Redeemer Cemetery.
