David Ethridge Monroe, 32, of Houston, died Sept. 26, 2004.

He was born on Oct. 2, 1972, in Blytheville.

He is survived by his son, Christopher; fiancee, Elly Trickett; parents, Diane Woods Cowley and husband, Paul, and Ronnie Monroe and wife, Adrienna; sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Mike Kelly; brother, Cameron Monroe; nieces, Christina and Heather Kelley; great-grandmother, Bessie Bare; and many loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at the Klein Funeral Home-Champion Forest in Houston.
