Leamon Ervin Edgar, 68, of Piggott died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at Piggott Community Hospital.

He was born at Maynard and had lived in Piggott for seven years. Mr. Edgar was formerly of Brookland and was a retired farmer.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Ollie Robinson of Paragould.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004, at the Pine Log Cemetery near Brookland with Victor Eskew officiating. Burial followed in Pine Log Cemetery. Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro was in charge of the arrangements.
