Manila takes district title at Piggott

District 3-AAA North baseball champions, the Manila Lions.

The Manila Lions came from behind to beat the Tuckerman Bulldogs 5-4 in the district tournament championship game at Piggott Saturday evening. In the third and fourth place game it was Rivercrest downing the Corning Bobcats 12-2.

All four teams advance to this week's regional tournament at Tuckerman.
